REMINDERS

Please pick up your dog’s waste and do not discard the waste or waste bags in the common areas or on private property.

No signs other than For Sale signs are allowed to be posted on your property. Inform commercial contractors they are not allowed to place their signs on your property.

Do not park on the grass. It is a violation to park on the grass. Inform visitors they must park in the driveway or on the street, not on or partially on the grass.

Recycle bins and trash bins must be kept out of sight other than for trash pickup. Yard waste cannot be put in plastic bags.

Please check what day you can water your lawn. The County can fine you for watering on a day that is not specific to you.
